The Eagle of the Ninth
In the second century AD, when the Ninth Roman Legion marcher inti the mists of northern Britain, not one man came back. Four thousand men disappeared, and the Eaglr, the symbol of the Legion's honour, was lost.
There were puzzles, there were actions and it was fun. In addition, characters were individual, so I was drawn into the writer's vision to the world. I recommend this book because the amount of characters is large but easy to read.
