When Carl Erik, his brither, Jonas, and their emigrant family journey all the way across the country to their new home, they find that America is full of surprises.      I think that this story is a good story for learning about how many immigrants, particularly Swedes in this story, went inland from New York Harbor to their final destinations up north in Minnesota. But now she's making a lot of trouble for everyone. Will she and Marvin ever adjust to the changes of a new life in a new place?  I really enjoyed this book and felt like it dealt well with some real feelings children might have about moving. BR1-05 Juan Bobo

Mama puts Juan Bobo to work whenever he is having a good time. But he always finds a way to make work fun- like using baskets instead of buckets to carry water, or sprinkling the pig with Mama's favorite perfume.  This story is folktale from Puerto Rico.  Juan Bobo is a boy who t ries to find pleasure in work. When I was asked to take care of a pig, he p ut his mother's clothes on a pig. This is becouse it was fun.      The content of this book is not difficult, it is recommended because it is interesting as it is reading. BR1-04 Food around the world

Everyone needs to eat food. Farmers grow fruits, vegetables, rice and wheat for people to eat. They also raise animals for meat and milk. People around the world eat lots of different food. Different countries have different typical dishes. This book explain what foods are ate around the world. It is divided into 8 categories: Food for life, Food producers, Food origins, Typical dishes, Cool drinks, Street food, Special desserts, and Giving thanks. My favorite category is Food producers. This is because the Japanese fisherman is listed in this book. This book says that Tsukiji Market in Tokyo is the largest fish market in the world. It sells about 2000metric tons of fish and seafood every day. I didn't know about it!! This book's level is leve 6, but not too dificult to read. I recommend you this book. BR1-03 Operation Osprey

The more I thought about it, the more it became obvious: he was going to take the osprey's eggs.      First, do you know the osprey? The ospry is kind of birds. Japanese name is Misago. In this story, Don and Mike are best friends. They both love birdwatching. One day, Mike spots a pair of ospreys at the near lake, so the boys decide to protect the birds. But, Mr Roberts takes an interest in the birds, so he wants their eggs to collect and sell. Thanks to police's help, thy boys protect the birds and their nest and be able to continue birdwatching. BR 1-02 Aladdin and the Enchated Lamp

One day Aladdin's uncle, Abanazar, arrives in the city. 'I am a rich man,' he tells Aladdin and his mother. Do you know about the story of Araddin and the Encchated Lamp? I have heard the name of Araddin and jinnee. Maybe I only know Disney version. This story was made in Arab. In this story, Araddin was poor and didn' t like work. However, with the jinnee's help, Araddin was soon rich. This book is interested for me. This book is in Oxford Bookworms Library stage 1. So it has nice picture. And easy to read. BR 1-01: The Phantom of the Opera

And the Opera House has a ghost, a phantom, a man in black clothes. (p.1)       Do you know The Opera House in Paris? This story is the true story of the Phantom of the Opera. I have not heard this story. this book tells us about the story and whether ghosts live in or not. I have not believed the ghost, but after read this book I believe the existence of the ghost.       This book is in Oxford Bookworms Library stage 1. So it has nice picture. And easy to read. Today I read The Three Little Pigs. One day, each pig build a house to keep safe from the big bad wolf. The first pig built a house of straw, but it was broken. The second pig built a house of sticks, but it was broken. The third pig built house of bricks, and it was not broken.  This story teach me that effort is impossible. Kings & Queens of Britain

This is the story of Boudicca, Alfred, Henry VIII and many other kings band queens, some great, some not so great. Each of them changed the history of Britain. But to become queen in 1558, like Elizabeth I, was a very different thing to becoming queen in 1953, like Elizabeth II. They have the same name, but the job is very different. This book tells us just how it changed . Today, I read Kings and Queens of Britain. This book tells me about Britain's history of a long line of kings & queens. According to this book, ancient kings & queens  laid weight on war, goverment. However, Queen Elizabeth II lay weight on the nation. She meets a lot of people, and she talks and listens to them. futsal

Hello, everyone! I'll talk about last Sunday. Last Sunday, I played futsal at Futsal Park Kumamoto. I was very tired, because I played 4 games! Our team was fourth place. The prize was shoes bag. The games was a lot of fun!!

part-time

Hellow, everyone. Last Sunday, I worked part-time at Grandmesse-Kumamoto. I worked in 9 hours. The contents of work was watching audiences not to enter staff spase. I only stayed there. I had too much free time. this live was ARASHI's live concert, but I couldn't met there. What a real disappointment!

I think that this series is very interested system, because we can choose story ending. So, how to enjoy reading these series will differ from person to person. As you can see, the ooze is very cute,but he is terrible. He can eat not only food but also people!! It's too dangerous. When you finish this book, you are already in the ooze's stomach.... Best friends

HENRY AND MUDGE Take the Big Test

Henry's dog, Mudge, knows how to drool, chase the lawn mower and be Henly's best friend. But he doesn't know to sit, stay, or heel. Mudge needs to go to school. Mudge was spoiled. He couldn't sit. So, Henry took Mudge a dog school. Henry and Mudge went to dog ciass for eight weeks. It was very hard, but Mudge always showed up. It it very cute.  Eveentually, Mudge passed the test and be a smart big dog :)

We have to fight! For China and for kung fu! There is a new ruler in Gongmen City. Shen the peacock rules with the help of his new cannons. But what does Shen know about Po's past? And can Po fight Shen's cannons with kung fu? Today, I read KUNG FU PANDA 2. I have never read KUNG FU PANDA, I enjoyed reading! Panda who names Po is very cute, but he has a strong spirit! I want to follow his mentality.

Young Sarah Homans want to teach him a lesson. Merchant Thomas is about to attend a party he won't soon forget. I read The Boston Coffee Party . This story is based on a true story in 1760s At that time, War was going on, getting sugar was hard,but ladies manage to get coffee back. IT was very cool!

futsal

My Golden Week

Hellow, everyone. I had a good time during Golden Week. I went buck to my hometown by airplane,  because my  hometown is Nagoya. It takes about one hour. The first day, I had a meal with friends and high school teachers at night. That was very fun!! I played with my friends in 5 days.  All of it is a memory . I love local friends very much ♡ I want to return in summer :)
